Yes. Monitoring can be cancelled monthly, with no minimum term. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies from day one.

What happens if a score of 80 isn't reached?

The fee is refunded in full. The outcome risk lies entirely with nicmanager – there is no partial refund or exceptions.
